At O4u.boutique, we're committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. If you receive a defective item, we're here to help. You have the option of a replacement, subject to availability, or a refund. To ensure a smooth process, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at admin@ouuuushop.com if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We'll promptly resolve the issue.

Please note that some items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned, along with hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have any questions regarding the return policy for a specific item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Once your return is approved, you can expect a prompt refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at admin@ouuuushop.com for assistance.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $35 within Kanata.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $70 within Ottawa.

Deliveries are made from 10h00 to 20h00 on business day. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
